He is a U.S. Navy submarine veteran, and has over 20 years experience in the design and operation of wastewater treatment systems and wastewater control systems. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Florida.

John Pabalan has a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a U.S. Navy veteran, and has over 30 years experience in the design and operation of wastewater treatment systems and wastewater control systems.

Dave Evans has a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and Master in Business Administration degree. He has over 20 years experience in mechanical engineering and information technology fields. His engineering experience runs the gamut from design to manufacturing, process control, and project management. As a leader in IT, he has focused on implementing effective business systems, providing actionable business intelligence solutions and process optimizations.

John Hendra has a bachelors degree in Computer Sciences. He is a US Navy submarine veteran (Advanced Electrical Field, specializing in weapon systems). He has extensive field service in multiple technical manufacturing industries, including having been the National Field Service Mgr. for Extremity MRIs and the Sr. Project Mgr. for International Photolithography Laser Mfg. He is an active member in his local VFW volunteer chapter, co-founder International Toastmasters Club - Cymer Laser Chapter, and restores vintage bicycles and motorcycles.
