AEI offers Big Data Collection and Internet of Things (IoT) for their customers with strategy objectives that include optimize operational performance, streamline and automate reporting, monitor ROI of asset investments, receive real-time notifications & alerts, and optimize Preventative Maintenance (PMs). AEI solutions provide analytics & reporting, performance monitoring & notifications, and system optimization. Development of Ceramic Filter Simulation and Analysis (CFSA) software
Aqua Engineers, Inc. (AEI) has created the Ceramic Filter Simulation and Analysis (CFSA) software, a mathematical model of ceramic membrane filters that can be used in process optimization over a range of filtration regimes (from MF to NF). Similar to simulation and analysis software available for traditional polymeric membranes (such as ROSA or Winflows), AEI’s CFSA allows it to predict performance of ceramic membrane filter designs under varying feed and operational conditions. AEI has collected continuous operational data from scores of its installed systems over the last few years as part of its on-going big data project, allowing testing and optimization of numerous computer simulation models. The result is a comprehensive model that can predict ceramic filter performance across a wide variety of industries. As additional systems are added to AEI’s data collection, further refinement of the models can be expected.
